After my several attempts to observe our kind as a complicated phenomenon, seeing us as the most advanced being on the planet and trying to admire the richness and variety of activitites in which we are involved (even the most deranged and shady), there are certain moments, where genuine hatred for what we really are stands above everything else. These moments make me wonder if sweeping the entire human race off the face of earthm, would bring balance to the entirety.
Animal cruelty is not a rare phenomenon. We decide to ignore the horrible ways in which man treats animals in order to benefit for clothing, food, medicine etc.
Even if the above reasons were reasonable (which would, in my opinion, if meat, clothes and pharmaceutics were not delivered through mass production, animal torture chambers and sultry cells), killing for reasons of revenge makes absolutely no sense.
This time, a group of fishermen in the Greek island Samos, tortured and slaughtered 3 dolphins, avenging for the damage they caused to their nets, in which they were accidentally caught.
The images are horrible, the facts are even worse and here’s another great example of how sick we really are. Fuck you gentlemen.
